This is probably, hands down, one of the best things that Madonna ever did. I do not know how I never saw it before. I vaguely remember, light years ago in that sad far away year now known as 2013, briefly hearing something about it ...online somewhere.... I think I saw that it was being broadcast in Rome & variuos other world cities...but I never actually thought to watch it (because like I said, I am not a Madge fanatic). But then yesterday I was on my Kindle and had my headphones in, lying down beneath the sun - tanning? -- andI passed through this randomly and decided to watch it. Well, I am very obsessed. I don;'t know quite what to say. Knowing Madonnas' fearless track record, I can't say I'm extremely surprised -- but I still am somewhat. Alas, it's things like this that make Madonna still feel like a very fresh artist operating in an underground rather than at the titan level she's at. Most artists simply will not do anything like this...they're afraid... terified. Madonna instead rides full steam ahead, because she is UNPARALLELED. So yea...great stuff...
